Saiesh Veera, a Telugu student was shot and dead in Franklinton, Columbus, Ohio

Saiesh Veera, a Telugu student was shot during early hours of Thursday, April 20, while working at a local Shell gas station in Franklinton, Columbus, in the state of Ohio. An African American man in an attempt to rob the store is the suspect.

The 24-year victim, Saiesh Veera, was taken to a local hospital in critical condition and was later pronounced deceased. Saiesh was getting ready to quit this job in couple of weeks as his H1B visa got picked. Being a middle class family from Eluru, Andhra Pradesh, he wanted to support his mom as his father passed away two years ago.
