Anil Boddireddy to Lead Indian Overseas Congress USA Georgia Chapter in Atlanta

The Indian Overseas Congress (IOC) USA Georgia Chapter was officially launched in Atlanta, Georgia, with the participation of IOC USA national leaders, chapter representatives, community leaders, and Congress supporters from across the United States. During the event, IOC USA officially appointed Mr. Anil Boddireddy as President of the IOC USA Georgia Chapter, entrusting him with the responsibility of strengthening the organization and expanding its activities across Georgia.

The launch was graced by IOC USA President Mr. Mohinder Singh Gilzian, the IOC USA Michigan Chapter President Mr. Patel, Mr. Sridhar Reddy, IOC Kerala Chapter Atlanta President Mrs. Vibha Joseph, IOC Telangana Pruthivi , Vikram Sudhini along with IOC leaders, supporters, and well-wishers representing several states. Addressing the gathering, Mr. Mohinder Singh Gilzian spoke about Mr. Anil Boddireddy’s longstanding involvement with the Indian National Congress, his leadership within the Indian-American community, and his years of community service. He highlighted these contributions while explaining the decision to choose Mr. Boddireddy to lead the IOC USA Georgia Chapter.

IOC Chairman Mr. Sam Pitroda joined the event virtually via Zoom and addressed the gathering. He spoke about the history, values, and achievements of the Indian National Congress, its contribution to building modern India, and the importance of protecting democratic and inclusive values. He also encouraged the Indian diaspora to remain engaged and contribute constructively toward strengthening the Congress organization and helping it return to power in India.

In his remarks, Mr. Anil Boddireddy thanked the IOC USA leadership for placing its trust in him and giving him the opportunity to lead the Georgia Chapter. He expressed his commitment to building a strong and inclusive chapter, bringing together Congress supporters across Georgia, engaging younger generations, and strengthening the connection between the Indian diaspora and the Congress organization. The successful launch marks an important step in expanding IOC USA’s presence in Georgia and creating a stronger platform for community engagement, dialogue, and support for the values and vision of the Indian National Congress Party.
