ATA Convention Outreach Momentum Continues with Weekend Planning Activities

ATA Conference team and several committees continued their outreach efforts and planning activities over the weekend. ATA Conference Committees & several Team members participated in the well attended GWTCS event, and formally invited audiences to take part in the spectacular ATA’s Baltimore Conference to be held from July 31-Aug 2nd.

Team also visited the Shri Shiva Vishnu Temple and formally met with the board and solicited their support for the spiritual programs. Team quickly stopped over by the Style and Shine event and invited vendors to come participate in the conference.

About 100 team members from various committees got together to review progress
identify the next steps, and gather required feedback. Mother’s Day celebration was the highlight of the evening. ATA President Mr. Jayanth Challa thanked all the women for the selfless sacrifices made by women on a daily basis and stressed upon the importance to honor women in our lives.

Various committees that met included Beauty Pageant, Cultural, Food, Golf Tournament, Hospitality, Inaugural, Matrimony, Media, Political, Reception/Welcome, Regional Coordination, Spiritual, Stage Coordination, Vendor, Volunteer, Website, Women and Youth. Convention leadership team thanked all the committee members and volunteers for their wonderful support.
