Dr Sateesh Reddy visits Mahatma Gandhi Memorial of North Texas in Dallas

Scientific advisor to the ministry of defense of India, Dr. Sateesh Reddy, former chairman of Defence Research and Development Organisation (DRDO) of India is on US tour. He visited Mahatma Gandhi Memorial In Dallas, Texas on Saturday February 4th.

Dr. Sateesh Reddy was received by Rao Kalvala, Secretary and Mahatma Gandhi Memorial Construction Chair, along with young Indian community residents of Dallas. Dr. Sateesh Reddy offered floral tribute to Mahatma Gandhi statue.

Rao Kalvala briefed that long–standing community leader Dr. Prasad Thotakura was the inspiration for the construction of Mahatma Gandhi Memorial. Rao Kalvala also talked about annual events and the participation of Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) community in Mahatma Gandhi Memorial activities.

The Dallas Fort Worth community members Ajay Kalavala, Ranga Rao, Gopi Chilakuri, Praveen Reddy, Bhima Penta, Ramakrishna GVS, Krishna Reddy Koduru, Sharath Reddy Yerram, Srikant Polavarapu and many others graced this event.
