Telangana CM & IT Minister held a meeting with Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella in Hyderabad, India

December 30, 2024, Hyderabad: Telangana Chief Minister Shri. Revanth Reddy Anumula held a meeting with Microsoft CEO Shri. Satya Nadella at his residence in Banjara Hills. Accompanying the Chief Minister were IT and Industries Minister Shri. D. Sridhar Babu, Irrigation Minister Shri. Uttam Kumar Reddy, Chief Secretary Smt. Santhi Kumari , Special Chief Secretary Shri. Jayesh Ranjan and others.

During the meeting, discussions reportedly revolved around the establishment of a Skill University. Telangana has always maintained a positive relationship with Microsoft. Recently, agreements were finalized to create approximately 4,000 jobs at the Hyderabad Microsoft Center. Progress on these developments is also expected to have been a topic of discussion with Mr. Nadella.

The meeting primarily aimed to request Microsoft to become a key partner in the establishment of the Skill University in Telangana. Additionally, the Chief Minister is believed to have outlined the state government’s ambitious plans for initiatives like the Future City and AI Cities, showcasing Telangana’s vision for technological advancement and sustainable growth.
