Florida: TTA Tampa Chapter 3rd annual Bathukamma celebrations are grand success

The Telangana American Telugu Association (TTA) Tampa Chapter is proud to share that the 3rd Annual Bathukamma Celebrations was a grand success, bringing together more than 1,800 attendees—our largest celebration to date. This vibrant gathering showcased the unity, devotion, and rich culture of Telangana right here in Tampa.

Event Highlights: Months of planning since July 25, 2025, came to life in a truly unforgettable celebration. The day began with a sacred Durga Matha Pooja at Ayyappa Padi, followed by vibrant cultural programs of singing, dancing, and a mesmerizing folk performance by Dr. Bikshu Naik. Traditional Bathukamma Aatapata and Kolatam filled the evening with joy, anchored gracefully by MC Sharada Mangipudi.

Special choreography by Ruchitha Yamsani and DJ Nick’s beats energized the crowd, while raffles kept the excitement alive. Dinner served for all 1,800 attendees, made possible by our sponsors Dosthu Chowrastha and a successful Membership Drive made the event a grand reflection of unity, culture, and community spirit.
