New Jersey Governor Candidate Jack Ciattarelli appointed Sridhar Chillara as the Chairman of South Asian American Coalition for Jack 2025

Edison, New Jersey: In a major community gathering held in Edison, New Jersey, New Jersey gubernatorial candidate Jack Ciattarelli officially announced the appointment of Sridhar Chillara as Chairman of the South Asian American Coalition for Jack 2025.

The event was attended by several respected community leaders from across the state, marking a significant step toward building deep community engagement and grassroots mobilization ahead of the November election. With over 1.05 million South Asians in New Jersey, this coalition will play a vital role in grassroots mobilization and community leadership.

As part of his strategic vision, Mr. Chillara will lead the formation of multiple sub-coalitions representing key South Asian communities, including:
• Indian American Coalition
• Pakistani American Coalition
• Bangladeshi American Coalition
• Nepali American Coalition
• Sri Lankan American Coalition

Within the Indian American Coalition, language-based cultural wings will ensure meaningful outreach and voter activation:
• Indian Telugu Coalition
• Indian Gujarati Coalition
• Indian Tamil Coalition
• Indian Punjabi Coalition
• Indian Hindi Speakers Coalition
• Additional Indian language coalitions as needed

To further strengthen voter engagement, Mr. Chillara will establish a leadership team, advisory council, and several functional committees focused on:
• Social media & digital outreach
• Temple & festival-based campaign events
• Community association partnerships
• Youth and women’s engagement
• Voter registration and conversion drives
• Targeted fundraising initiatives

As part of the campaign strategy, massive grassroots efforts will be rolled out across New Jersey to flip votes, convert independents and disillusioned Democrats, and encourage newly naturalized citizens to register as Republican voters.
