Festival of India to witness grandiose presence of Jaya Prada on Aug 17 in Atlanta

India American Cultural Association (IACA) extends a warm welcome to you and your family to celebrate Indian Independence Day at the 28th Annual Festival of India, to be held on 17th Aug 2024, at Gas South Convention Center, 6400 Sugarloaf Pkwy in Duluth, Georgia.

The 28th Festival of India team is working very hard to put the best lineup of programs ever. There are a  multitude of activities to keep you entertained and productively busy for the whole day. The programs are designed for all demographics and age groups, so everyone in the family is entertained.

The day will begin with dance competitions at 9 am hour along with our traditional Flag Walk led by performer Robo Ganeshan, Health Fair and Blood drive. There will be carefully chosen cultural performances, chess competition, women’s forum, youth forum, children business fair, drawing competition and more.

Mesmerizing performer Mr. Robo Ganeshan will entertain you throughout the day. Cine super star and parliamentarian Ms. Jayaprada of “Dafali Wale Dafali Baja” fame will be gracing the festival with her grandiose presence. Festival of India team this year worked very hard to make sure we have sumptuous food arrangements for different taste buds.

There will be more than one “Dosa” stations and some other exotic cuisine from Madras Chettinad, MH15, Kailash Parvat, Namak, Hot Breads with fresh sugarcane juice/GOLA and cotton Candy vendors. Plan to attend and cover the event with your family.
