Andhra Pradesh American Association (AAA) is the first and only national-level organization that is founded for the people of Andhra Pradesh by Andhrites. AAA was founded in the state of Pennsylvaniaand then expanded to New Jersey, Delaware, North Carolina, Texas, Arizona, and is now expanding to the state of Georgia.
AAA’s main goal is to bring all Andhrites together in US, i.e. from Srikakulam to Anantapur districts without any caste, religion, and political party affiliations. It’s purely culture based and wants all Andhrites to participate in our festivals as we celebrate in India. Our focus is to show Andhra Pradesh culture to our kids and the world and involve our kids as part of the AAA events and celebrations, then watch them grow as our next generation leaders.
AAA believes this is the right time to do so, otherwise, we may forget our festivals and our kids will not be knowing our Andhra Pradesh culture, festivals, arts, and food. As expected, our future generations will grow in the US thinking of our other regional festivals and food as our tradition. It’s our responsibility to save and show our Andhra Pradesh culture in the US and share it with the next generations. AAA’s aim is to make AAA a national organization and to expand the AAA to at least 12 states by the end of 2024. For more details, visit https://www.theaaa.org/.
