Telangana American Telugu Association (TTA), the first national Telangana organization, met at Seattle Saturday, September 16th, for the 2023 in-person Board meeting.TTA Board and Members paid 1 min of silence and demanded justice for Jaahnavi Kandula, who recently was hit by the Seattle police officer and died in a car accident.TTA members demanded the officer to be held accountable.
The opening message was given by the founder Dr. Pailla Malla Reddy garu. He shared his comments with fellow AC, EC, and BODs about the Seattle 2024 TTA Mega Convention and conveyed a message to all the TTA Board Members to work hard towards raising the funds and make a great success of the convention
Advisory Chair Dr. Vijayapal Reddy Garu conveyed his remarks and his plan of action towards the success of TTA 2024 Seattle Mega Convention and asked all the USA state chapters to start working on the fund-raising events. Advisory Co-Chair Mohan Patallola garu and Member Bharath Reddy Madadi garu conveyed their remarks towards convention and India Seva days 2023 in December which will be led by Seva day coordinator Suresh Reddy Venkannagari.
President Vamshi Reddy Garu thanked all the Board and TTA Team for attending the Board Meeting at his home city Seattle and gave the presentation about the upcoming Seattle TTA Mega Convention and shared his vision towards the fundraising, cultural activities. He requested all the Board Members to make the Seattle convention a huge success.
President Elect Naveen Mallipeddi garu and all the EC members conveyed their remarks and their plans on fundraising for an TTA Mega Convention 2024. Secretary Kavitha Reddy Garu requested the TTA Advisory Committee to launch the New TTA logo and TTA Mega convention 2024 logos.
All the TTA team members pledged their contribution towards the Mega Convention and raised 1 million dollars in board Meeting.TTA Seva days team presented their planning, road map for the upcoming Seva days and requested all the TTA members to participate in Seva days in India.
After Board meeting, TTA members visited the Seattle convention center and discussed the planning for the upcoming TTA Mega Convention. Later in the evening, all the members attended the TTA Seattle Cultural and Convention kick-off party and Seattle local Community raised another 1 million dollars for convention and TTA team enjoyed the mouth watering food.
The AC, EC, BODs, RVPs, and SCs thanked the Seattle team for organizing the Board Meeting for their wonderful hospitality. The team appreciated all the volunteers for their commitment and hard work to organize the Board meeting and also thanked all the Sponsors of the Board meeting.
