Overwhelming support for ATA convention kickoff & fundraiser in Dallas, Texas

The 18th ATA Convention and Youth Conference Kick-off and fundraising event in Dallas, Texas went very well on March 2nd and received overwhelming support from the Telugu community leaders, businesses personnel, doctors, other professionals and Individuals. Dallas, fondly called ‘Dallas Puram’ by many people worldwide, is one of the most happening cities for Telugu people in America.

ATA President Madhu Bommineni, Conference Convener Kiran Pasham, National Coordinator Sai Sudini, special guest past President Karunakar Asireddy, ATA advisor and past President Srinivas Pinnapu Reddy attended the meeting. This is third one in a busy ‘two days three city’ kick off events. Narsi Reddy Gaddikoppula (BOT) and Sangameshwar Reddygari (Regional Director) from Austin also joined.

The event’s success was driven by highly motivated and energetic regional Coordinators Lakshmi Poreddy, Srinivas Keelam and BOTs Satish Reddy, Sharada Singireddy, Raghuveer Maripeddi, Somshekar Nalla and Ram Annadi. Program started with Jyothi Prajvalana (lighting lamps) by the leaders, followed by Prathana Geetham (prayer song) by Mallika Suyadevara.

Dallas ATA team Anuradha Mekala, Ashok Podduturi, Bala Ganapavarapu, Damodar Akula, Madhavi Sunkireddy, Mahender Ganapuram, Manjula Muppidi, Manuja Kunadi, Neeraja Padigala, Praveena Ambati, Rajashekar Suribhotla, Rakesh Cheerala, Ravi Tutpurani, Ravikanth Mamidi, Sandhya Gavva, Santosh Kyatham, Satya Perikari, Srinivas Kolluri, Srinivas Kunadi, Sudhakar Kalasani, Sumana Beeram, Swapna Thummapala, Shyam Malasala, Venkat Koduri, Venu Thanikella and Vikram Borra provided excellent support for execution of the event.

ATA advisors Ananth Pajjur, Sandhya Gavva and past BOTs Ajay Reddy, Raghuveer Bandaru were also present and exhibited solidarity. Special dance performance by Manvi Chityala enthralled the audience. President Madhu Bommineni and Convener Kiran Pasham expressed their gratitude for the generosity of all the donors, supporters and the Telugu organizations DATA, TPAD, TANTEX, DARA, GRADA, TANA, NATA, NATS, who came to support the ATA conference.

ATA is glad that the fundraising activities started with Houston and Austin, peaked in Dallas and expressed confidence that other cities will carry similar momentum.
