Hefty cash prize $15,000 for Badminton players: Telugu Literary & Cultural Association

TLCA (Telugu Literary & Cultural Association) has been in a sports spree for the past few months. After the super successful Badminton, Tennis and Cricket tournaments, TLCA of New York came up with yet another Badminton Independence Cup. But this time, a hefty cash prize purse of $15,000 is the center of attraction.

On top of it, the span has increased drastically. Players from all South Asian countries across US can play in this Badminton Independence Cup 2023. The tournament kicks off on Saturday, August 12th 2023 at 8 in the morning, preceded by flag hoisting ceremony on the occasion of India’s Independence Day. Nassau County Comptroller Elaine Phillips is the Chief guest.

Long Island Badminton Center located in Westbury, New York is the venue. Registration fee is $100 per team per category. Check the flyer for different categories and terms & conditions.
