Telangana People Association of Dallas 2025 Leadership Oath Ceremony @ Plano, Texas

In a Grand Celebration of Leadership Transition, The Telangana People Association of Dallas (TPAD) hosted its highly anticipated 2025 Oath Ceremony at the prestigious Elegance Ballroom in Plano, Texas. They installed their new leaders and committees who will steer TPAD’s mission of community service and cultural enrichment in the year 2025.

Ceremonial Proceedings
The event commenced with a warm welcome speech by the event coordinators Rathna Uppala and Renuka Chanumolu, setting a tone of unity and celebration. The ceremonial lamp, Jyothi Prajwalana, was lit by the TPAD leadership, symbolizing enlightenment and hope. This was followed by a soulful rendition of the national anthems of the USA and India, performed by a talented singer, which resonated with pride and patriotism.

2025 Leadership Oath-Taking Ceremony
The highlight of the evening was the oath-taking ceremony, where new office bearers and committee members pledged their commitment to serve TPAD and the local community. A local priest Srinivasacharyulu who was invited for the ceremony, offered prayers for blessings for a successful year to TPAD and for the wellbeing of the community.

Executive Committee Members
The new team, led by President Anuradha Mekala (President) included Rupadevi Kannayyagari (Past President), Srinivas Annamaneni, Lakshmi Poreddy, Sridhar Vemula, Swapna Tummapala, Gayatri Giri, Chakradhar Nara, Nikhil Kandukuri, Prashanth Namani, Deepika Reddy, Anusha Vanam, Ravi Chennuri, Santosh Regonda, Madhavi Omkar and Sneha Reddy.

Office Bearers
President Anuradha Mekala, along with Vice President Rathna Vuppala, General Secretary Bala Ganapavarapu, Joint Secretary Renuka Chanamolu, Treasurer Shiva Kodithyala, and Joint Treasurer Aditya Gade, stepped into their roles with a pledge to uphold Telangana People Association of Dallas TPAD’s values.

Pandu Ranga Reddy Palwai (Chair), Ravikanth Mamidi (Vice Chair), Ramana Lashkar (Coordinator), Sudhakar Kalasani, Roja Adepu, Madhavi Sunkireddy, Ram Annadi, Pavan Gangadhara, Ashok Kondala, Ranpal Gaddam, Satya Perikari, Linga Reddg Alva and Janaki Ram Mandadi. Rao Kalvala took oath as Foundation Committee Chair and Raghuveer Bandaru took oath as Vice Chair of Foundation Committee.

A Tribute to 2024 Leadership
Special recognition speeches were delivered by the outgoing leadership team, including 2024 President Roopa Kannayagari, FC Chair Janakiram Mandadi, BOT Chair Goli Buchi Reddy, and Coordinator Ravikanth Mamidi. Their speeches highlighted the accomplishments of the past year and offered encouragement to the incoming team.

Acknowledgment of Advisory and Collaboration Committees
The evening also honored the Telangana People Association of Dallas (TPAD) Advisory and Collaboration Committees, with members invited on stage for recognition and group photographs. These committees play a pivotal role in ensuring TPAD’s continued success and impact.

Ajay Reddy, one of the founding member of Telangana People Association of Dallas, speaking on the occasion said, The 2025 Oath Ceremony was not only a celebration of leadership but also a reaffirmation of TPAD’s commitment to fostering cultural preservation, community service, and unity among the Telangana diaspora in Dallas.

The TPAD leadership conveyed heartfelt vote of thanks, acknowledging the support from their volunteers and their families, Sponsors and supporters in helping Telangana People Association of Dallas (TPAD) serve the community and preserver culture.
