TANA Foundation helps orphan center in Telangana

In an event held on December 30, TANA Foundation has issued ‘Cheyutha scholarships’ for 20 orphan or semi-orphan girls at Center for Social Service (CSS). Total worth of 4 lakh rupees were donated in Munganoor village, Ranga Reddy District, Telangana. CSS founder Vijay Lakshmi introduced the TANA team and explained her journey with TANA Foundation for the past 10 years.

Chairman of TANA Foundation Venkata Ramana Yarlagadda and Foundation Secretary & Cheyutha Project Coodinator Sasi Kanth Vallepalli addressed the event. Earlier this year, TANA Cheyutha donated 6 lakhs towards stationary for 300 students. In 2020, TANA Cheyutha issued 30 scholarships and sponsored classroom and groceries by donating 10 lakhs.

Venkata Ramana Yarlagadda appreciated CSS for their dedication in raising orphans like own children and showing them bright careers. He also appreciated Ganga Chowdary and Vijay Lakshmi. He motivated the girls and suggested to implement STEM foundation project. Sasi Kanth Vallepalli thanked all the donors Chowdary Jampala, Prasad Kakarala, Venkat Yarlagadda, Priyanka Vallepalli, Chandu Gorrepati, Naga Panchamarthy, Sudha Nuthakki, Gogineni Srinivas and JP Vejendla who contributed towards a total of 20 lakhs to Center for Social Service in 2020 and 2021.
