TANA Aadarana: Laptop donation to an engineering student in Hyderabad

On February 26th, 2022, Telugu Association of North America ‘TANA’ donated a brand new laptop to a poor student in the state of Telangana under Aadarana program. Mr. Nikhil is a meritorious computer science student in MJIT Engineering College, Hyderabad. Knowing TANA’s service activities and being economically backward, he approached TANA and requested to sponsor a laptop.

TANA Foundation Chairman Mr. Venkata Ramana Yarlagadda, TANA President Mr. Anjaiah Chowdary Lavu, and TANA Foundation Trustee & Aadarana Project Coordinator Mr. Ravi Samineni have responded positively. In no time they have arranged a laptop to this needy college student.

Being a computer science student, Mr. Nikhil happily said that this will help improve his coding skills as part of his programming assignments and lab projects. He thanked TANA for immediate response and assured that he will support such compassionate activities once he graduate and get a job.
