More than 2500 people attended for this event at the Desana Middle school in Alpharetta on October 15, 2022. This event was graced by Mr John Bradberry, Mayor of Johns Creek City and Ms Michelle Au, Georgia State Senate from 48th district as guest of honors along with other dignitaries from many Indian organizations.

Speaking on this occasion Sruthi Chittoory, an event organizer and founder of Atlanta Indian Family said “we are so happy and overwhelmed with the unique programs and participation. Without the support from our amazing sponsors and patrons this is not possible. Along with celebrating the festival, I want kids to learn about the story and history behind the festivals.

That is the reason I came up with Kids costume contest on Mythology characters, which was a super hit. We also had Aarti Thali contest and Maha Aarti by our honorable guests and dignitaries. There was a mesmerizing Fashion Show, ‘Festival of lights’ by Priyal Doshi Couture was the highlight of the event”.

Event was emceed by Neelima Sen and Lakshmi Mandavilli. Audience soaked up the music and the dance floor with entertainment provided by DJ Raj, decorations by Creative Bells Events and photography by Sirisha from MS Studios.

Amidst well over 30 shopping stalls, delicious food stalls, including Indian authentic chats by IndiaCo & Rajulas Kitchen, Live dosa stall by Pista House and Adda Sports Pub, Indo Chinese by PotBharoon were star attractions.
