The Tampa Chapter of the Telangana American Telugu Association (TTA) recently hosted a highly successful Bathukamma festival celebrations at the Ayyappa Temple in Tampa, Florida, with around 900 attendees.
The event kicked off with the Durgamatha Pooja, followed by the traditional Bathukamma Aatapata, Dandiya dances, and vibrant cultural performances by kids and adults. Free food was provided to all attendees ensuring that everyone was well served.
This celebration was a resounding success, made possible by the tremendous support from the Core TTA Tampa Team, dedicated volunteers, and high school students. Key leaders, including Board of Directors member Narendar Metuku and Regional Vice Presidents Dileep Vasa and Raghu Alugubelli, played vital roles in organizing the event.
Special recognition was given to TTA founder Mr. Pailla Malla Reddy, Advisory Council Chair Vijayapal Reddy, Co-chair Mohan Patalolla, Advisory Council Member Bharath Reddy Mandadi, Dynamic President Vamshi Reddy Kancharakuntla and President Elect Naveen Reddy Mallipeddi whose leadership and commitment were instrumental in bringing the community together for this joyous occasion.
