Makar Sankranthi Utsav: Atlanta Indian Family, Dance Kidz Dance

Following the successful Diwali Halchal event, Atlanta Indian Family in association with Dance Kidz Dance is back with another festival celebraion event. This time it is Makar Sankranthi Utsav. Different parts of India may celebrate it as Pongal, Maghi, Uttarayan, Lohri or Bihu. But it’s all hands on one deck named Makar Sankranthi.

This face to face event is set to kick off at 12 noon on Sunday, January 30th, at Desana Middle School in Alpharetta. Entry is free with lot of fun activities like art contest, rangoli contest, kite flying, food stalls, and raffle prizes. Covid-19 protocols will be strictly enforced.
