MATA initiated Free Health Clinic in Alpharetta, Georgia: Mana American Telugu Association

Mana American Telugu Association (MATA) is thrilled to share an extraordinary achievement with the community. On September 28th, 2024, MATA proudly initiated its first-ever FREE Health Clinic in Alpharetta, Georgia, marking a significant moment in the history of the Telugu community.

This inaugural event was celebrated in grand fashion, reflecting our deep commitment to community service and health support. The successful launch of this Health Clinic would not have been possible without the tireless efforts and dedication of our esteemed leaders and volunteers.

Special thanks to Mana American Telugu Association (MATA) President, Mr. Srinivas Ganagoni, MATA Community Services Director, Mr. Nagesh Chilakapati, and MATA Community Services Chair Kalyani Bellamkonda for their leadership and unwavering support.

MATA extends heartfelt appreciation to the program coordinators, Sireesha Sajja, Sireesha Baireddy, Shireesha Mantri, and the incredible Regional Vice Presidents, Sravan Vemula and Venu Thapa, whose hard work and dedication were instrumental in the event’s success.

The outstanding role of MATA Community Services Youth Coordinator, Srimayi Kukkadapu, cannot go unmentioned, as her leadership in mobilizing youth volunteers and overseeing every detail ensured the smooth functioning of the Health Clinic.

Mana American Telugu Association MATA’s sincerest gratitude also goes to Mr. Vamsi Lingamaneni, who graciously offered office space for the Free Health Clinic on a permanent basis, ensuring the continuity of this crucial service to our community.

MATA is honored to have Hon. Carter Barrett (GA State Representative), Dilip Tunki, Bob Erramilli, and Larry Dibiase (Elected Members of the City Council, Johns Creek) join us for this momentous occasion, further solidifying the importance of this initiative within the broader community.

Finally, MATA would like to express its deep gratitude to Prof. Chiranjivi Bharat Jannu for his generous contribution of free medicines from his Butterfly Pharmacy. We would also like to extend our sincere gratitude to all the doctors who have volunteered to help launching this clinic and extending their services to the patients.

This clinic represents a powerful step forward in our mission to serve the Telugu community and beyond. We look forward to continuing this journey together, with the health and well-being of our people at the forefront of our efforts.
