Seattle, Washington: The Telangana American Telugu Association (TTA) Seattle Chapter celebrated the vibrant Bonalu & Alai-Balai festival with grandeur and cultural spirit at Wilburton Hill Park, Bellevue. This year’s celebration witnessed an overwhelming attendance of over 800 people, making it one of the most memorable and grand events for our community.

A heartfelt congratulations to the entire team for successfully executing the event. Special thanks to TTA Past President Vamshi Reddy Kancharakunta Garu for continuously providing this platform for our community to celebrate and stay connected with our roots.

Event leadership by Ganesh Madhav Veeramaneni, Manohar Bodke and Pradeep Mettu was commendable as they spearheaded the entire celebration with dedication. Priyanka Krishna deserves immense appreciation for driving the event with meticulous planning, coordination and follow-ups.

Gratitude to Prasad Senapathi, Lava Kumar Repala and Shyam for handling all the logistics efficiently. Heartfelt thanks to all the community leaders for their support and presence. A warm thank you to Mayur Bandaru ( Portland BOD) for showing up with family and friends and joining us in the Bonalu celebrations, making the day even more special.

A special thanks to all the volunteers who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make everything seamless – we couldn’t have done it without you! The event not only highlighted our cultural heritage but also strengthened the bonds within the Telangana community here in the Pacific Northwest.
