TANA Ohio Valley: COVID-19 Vaccination Drive

On November 13th, Telugu Association of North America (TANA) Ohio valley chapter has organized a COVID-19 vaccine drive for kids and booster shots for adults. This walk-in vaccination drive was organized at the local Indian restaurant, Mirchi. The community responded well and made it a great success with 248 people vaccinated. Gift Health Pharmacy did an amazing job in serving the need of the hour vaccine. TANA Ohio valley chapter conveyed special thanks to Mr. John, Nick, and Arun Kolipaka of the Pharmacy.

Satya Bandaru (TANA Cares National chair), Srikanth Munagala (Ohio valley events coordinator), Vamsi Madduluri (Ohio valley cares coordinator) initiated this drive to keep the community safe. Everyone appreciated Prasad Kandru, Phani Sadineni, Srini Yalavarthi, Siddhartha Revuru, Venu Chava, Eshwar Gudaru, Ramesh Medikonda, and other TANA Ohio valley team for their volunteer service at this mass vaccination drive. The second dose is scheduled for December 4th at the same place.
