Perseverance seen at the 23rd TANA Conference Chess Tournament

Chess encourages children learn to focus, plan, and persevere through challenges, building self-confidence. TANA is thrilled to extend their heartfelt gratitude and share the resounding success of the recently concluded TANA 2023 Chess Tournament as part of the 23rd TANA Conference.

The tournament conducted on June 4th 2023 surpassed all expectations, leaving the organizers inspired, enthralled, and truly amazed by the talent and dedication displayed by each participant. Organizers thanked TANA President Mr. Anjaiah Chowdary Lavu, 23rd TANA Conference Coordinator Mr. Ravi Potluri, and Conference Secretary Mr. Satish Tummala for supporting the tournament.

They also would like to express their gratitude to the dedicated team of volunteers and arbiters who worked tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure the seamless execution of the tournament. Special thanks conveyed to Phani Kantheti, Nayudamma Yalavarthi, Sunil Koganti, and tournament director Joshua Anderson for the smooth execution of the tournament.

This rated/unrated chess tournament being an in-person one, special recognition to the dedicated Mid-Atlantic team of volunteers for their invaluable assistance in ensuring the successful completion of the tournament is well deserved.
