TANA Bone Marrow Drive @ Dussehra & Diwali Dhamaka in Northern California

TANA Northern California Mega Bone Marrow Drive conducted in association with ‘Gift of Life’ at Dussehra & Diwali Dhamaka in Northern California was a super success with more than 350+ bone marrow donor registrations. TANA (Telugu Association of North America) Northern California team, as part of its continued community outreach and community service initiatives, conducted a “Bone Marrow Drive” in Pleasanton City of California.

This is to register more and more willing bone marrow donors to help save the lives of few currently active bone marrow donor seeking blood cancer patients, especially 46 years old Shiv with his family and friends support. The drive was led by TANA Northern California Regional Representative, Ram Thota with the help of several TANA volunteers, along with volunteers from Gift of Life organization and with the extended help from AIA Team.

There were 1000’s of attendees who were given the opportunity to learn about the bone marrow registration and its importance in Asian/Indian Community and several of them registered their names into the bone marrow donor registry. Ram Thota, TANA RR, Northern California thanked all the registrants, drive attendees, AIA, TANA Leadership and TANA & Gift of Life volunteers for their extended support and all the work in making this bone marrow drive a grand success.

TANA RR, Northern California, Ram Thota, extended his special appreciation to Komal, Simi, Vedant, Kamini, Anand, Shailaja, Sandeep, Anu, Sanjeev, Samik, Pooja, Rachana, Ritesh, Shalini, Rithika, Rupali and other friends & family of Poonam & Shiv for their support and help towards this noble cause and drive.
